Our Cabins

All cabins have a great view of the river. Each cabin has a covered porch for your enjoyment rain or shine. Each cabin is equipped with your basic needs: h/a window unit, shower, linens, coffee maker, microwave, stove, refrigerator, direct tv, fire ring, charcoal grill. Our main cell service provider is Verizon.

Deposit

We require a $100.00 Deposit and Balance Upon Arrival
Deposit is non refundable unless 2 weeks notice is provided

Policies

No ATVs ridden on premises
No firearms used on premises
Two pets maximum. Additional charges depending on size and breed. Must be crated if left unattended in cabin and on leash at all times. No exceptions!!! Clean up waste.
No candles in cabin (fire hazard)
Do not grill on porches (fire hazard)
Please respect your neighbors, no loud music and quiet time after 10 pm

Drive slowly: there may be small children at play
Don’t throw your scraps outside. We have all kinds of wildlife and don’t want to encourage them.
Make sure trash lids are on securely
Please don’t cook fish inside or clean them on the premises
There is a smoking area at each cabin… do NOT smoke in cabins
Keep door shut. We have bats and squirrels nearby
Please leave linens on bed when checking out
Leave cabin as you found it

2 night minimum stay on weekends, 3 night minimum on holidays
One night stay additional cleaning fee

Check in 2:00p & check out 10:30a. If you’re not out by 11:00a you will be charged for another night.

We provide enough firewood for each night
If you need extra firewood there will be additional fee

Please lock door and leave the key under the doormat upon checking out.

$180.00 per Night, up to 4 people
$10.00 per person for each additional beyond 4
